The operator makes no representations and assumes no liability in regard to employment acquisition, interview opportunities, or candidate selection by third-party institutions. No agency, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created by use of this service.

The operator accepts no liability whatsoever for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. The user expressly waives any and all claims to refund, financial compensation, or service-related guarantees, regardless of performance satisfaction or outcome.

All services are deemed fulfilled upon digital completion and dispatch of application materials to designated recipients. There exists no obligation beyond this point.

2. Refund, Withdrawal, and Cancellation Policy

All payments made through this platform are strictly non-refundable, non-reversible, and irrevocably final upon confirmation. No exceptions shall be made under any condition. Users expressly waive the right of withdrawal under both Swiss law and applicable provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU. Chargebacks, dispute claims, or unilateral revocations will be considered a breach of contract.
